Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026.
Cancel in the place you paid
Cancellation follows whoever charged you. We cannot move a subscription from Whop to Google Play, or the other way around.
- Paid on the website: cancel with Whop, from My account or Whop billing. You are not charged again by Whop after the current period ends.
- Paid in the app: cancel in Google Play subscriptions. The subscription stays visible there until Google ends it. Cancelling on this website does not stop a Play charge.
Refunds for a website payment
Whop processed the charge, so the refund is handled with Whop. If you could not install or sign in, email support@adblock.website within 14 days of the first website charge and we will review a refund of that first charge. Renewal charges are not refunded after the new period has started, except where the law requires it. Do not send a card number.
Refunds for a Google Play payment
Google Play processed the charge. Request the refund from Google Play. Google decides that request under Google's refund rules. We cannot refund a Play purchase from this website.
Cooling-off rights
If the law where you live gives you a cooling-off period, it still applies to the extent it cannot be waived. Digital access starts when the payment succeeds and the app can be used. Where the law allows, asking us to start that access immediately can end the cooling-off period once the service has begun.
How to ask
For a website charge, email support@adblock.website from the account address and include the approximate payment date. For a Play charge, use Google Play's order history. Contact us before opening a payment dispute about a website charge, so we can check the account first.
